Frequent Hangups

Clean your cell phone and close/delete apps, files, and clear the cache data. If it keeps overheating, try to carry your phone in a fresh place and keep it away from the sun’s heat. You can also give your phone some minutes to “refresh” and start using it again.

The phone dropped into the water

The first thing you should NOT do is turn ON your device. It can be just the worst thing to do. Remove the battery and put the cell phone in a bowl full of rice. It will help to absorb the moisture. Now, please take it to a service workshop and let them fix it.

It should be solved with similar steps mentioned for Google Play Store Does Not Download Apps. although some menus vary, most Androids have the same options. So, you need to go to Settings – Apps – Open Google Play Store – Clean Cache and Data – Restart your phone. This should fix the crashing problem. But if it does not work, try doing the same with Google Play Services and Google Services Framework.

Bluetooth or Wifi Connectivity Issues

We recommend you enable the airplane mode for at least 1 minute. Then, try to connect again. Occasionally, you can turn OFF and ON the connection that is failing and then try to connect it again.

Synchronization Failures

First of all, make sure that you are connected to the internet. You also need to check if the services that you are trying to sync (just like Google or Dropbox) are working as well. Another thing that you should do is to verify your password, check if it is correct and try again. If any of this works, remove entirely your account from your device and add it again.

Unsent Messages

The first thing you must do is to make sure that you are connected to a WiFi network or that your mobile network is working correctly. Then, click on the message that was not sent and select the resend option. The F-Buds are turned on during charging

When the charging case runs out of battery, the F-Buds are turned on. In this case, turn the F-Buds off manually. Powering off using the F-Buds. You may also Charge the charging case.

The connection cannot be established

Turn on the Bluetooth device, enable its Bluetooth function, and select this unit from the Bluetooth device list.

The connection does not function immediately

Depending on the device connected, even when the L indicator has turned white after the connection is established, the F-Buds may not start functioning immediately due to a time lag in the connection. When this occurs, wait for a few seconds and repeat the operation.

Unable to pair

Place both F-Buds into the charging case, wait for the indicator light to turn off or turn red, followed by taking out the F-Buds again.

• When pairing, make sure the Bluetooth device is within 1 m of this unit.
• Operate the Bluetooth device to connect.
• Turn on the Bluetooth device and enable pairing.
• Delete the pairing information on the Bluetooth device list and perform pairing again.
• Perform operations after setting the Bluetooth function of the connected device to OFF and then to ON again.
• Perform operations after turning off the connected device and on again.
• Refer to the steps to establish a connection.

Sound is heard only from one earbud

Place both F-Buds into the charging case, and wait for the indicator light to turn off or turn red, followed by taking out the F-Buds again to establish a connection. After taking out the F-Buds, move the L and R F-Buds close to each other. The L earphone is the master unit and is used to connect to a device as well as the R earphone. Insert the ear pieces more securely.

No sound from R Earbud

Place both F-Buds into the charging case, and wait for the indicator light to turn off or turn red, followed by taking out the F-Buds again to establish a connection. After taking out the F-Buds, move the L and R F-Buds close to each other.

The volume is low or the sound is unpleasant

Increase the volume on this unit or the BLUETOOTH device connected.

• Change the size of the earpieces

The sound is distorted

Adjust the volume on the BLUETOOTH device connected so that there is no distortion, and then adjust the volume on this unit. or Try charging the main unit.

The sound is choppy and there is noise

• Use the connected device in a position or orientation that allows for the most stable communication. The sound tends to be interrupted when the F-Buds are covered with the hands. The L earphone is the master unit and is used to connect to a device as well as the R earphone.
• Try reducing the number of apps running on the Bluetooth device connected.
• Charge the main unit.

Unable to skip back to the previous track

During playback, press and hold the button on the L earphone for about 3 seconds and release your finger. The previous track or beginning of the current track will be played after the playback of the current track has ended.

During playback, press and hold the button on the R earphone for about 3 seconds and release your finger. The next track will be played after the playback of the current track has ended.

Turn on the Bluetooth function on the mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices, and select “Figgers Wireless Charger” The Bluetooth code is Figgers Wireless Charger and the pairing code is 0000

Troubleshooting

• Check if the fuse or circuit breaker is working.

Unorderly ripples on the picture

It is usually caused by local interference, such as cars, daylight lamps, and hair driers. Adjust the antenna to minimize the interference. Snowy dots and interference. If the antenna is located in the fringe area of a television signal where the signal is weak, the picture may be marred by dots. When the signal is extremely weak, it may be necessary to install a special antenna to improve the reception.

• Adjust the position and orientation of the indoor/outdoor antenna.
• Check the connection of the antenna.
• Fine-tune the channel.
• Try another channel. Broadcasting failure may happen.

Ignition

Black spots or horizontal streaks appear, or the picture flutters or drifts. This is usually caused by interference from the car ignition systems, neon lamps, electric drills, or other electrical appliances.

Ghosts are caused by the television signal following two paths. One is the direct path, and the other is reflected from tall buildings, hills, or other objects. Changing the direction or position of the antenna may improve the reception.

Radio frequency interference

If the TV is crashed

• Press the power button to turn off the TV, then press the power button again to reset the TV.
